It‘s delicious and easy to make. The instructions are clear and you must follow the cooling times.
Would recommend eating them still lightly warm or heat them (when they’re cooled) for only a few seconds in the microwave.
The chocolate can be varied according to taste. Dark chocolate makes the cookies more bitter, while lighter chocolate makes them sweeter.
I have tried so many different recipes for my home bakery particularly and this one is the perfect ratio of everything! I made mine 3 ounces each baked 350 for nine minutes and they were absolutely perfect! 😍
